The best systems are built together.

HOW THIS WORKS

We design and implement systems around how your business operates — so the workflows stick, the automations run, and your team actually uses what we build.

The Rebel Visionary™ Build

04

PER CRM TIER

Custom-Built.
Never Pre-Packaged.

Every project includes the same operational foundation:

✓ CRM System Setup (Core, Non-Core, or Multi-CRM)
✓ Basic Project Management System Setup
✓ Basic Email System Setup

We start with a deep dive into your business — the tools you’re using, the workflows that are breaking, and the gaps slowing your team down. Phase 1 produces a clear roadmap for your system.

From there, we determine whether your build is Core CRM, Non-Core CRM, or Multi-CRM, based on the level of customization required.

TIER 1

Core CRM Build

One CRM platform. core systems.

Built inside one of our primary CRM platforms.

Core Platforms:
HoneyBook
Dubsado
Aisle Planner

Best for:
Businesses that can run their full client workflow inside a single CRM.

TIER 2

Non-Core CRM Build

One CRM platform. Outside our core systems.

Built inside one CRM that is outside our core platforms.

Examples:
17Hats
Event Temple
TripleSeat

Best for:
Businesses that require a CRM outside our core platforms.

TIER 3

Multi-CRM Build

Multiple CRM platforms. Integrated workflows.

Built inside multiple CRMs working together to support complex workflows.

Examples:
HoneyBook + TravelJoy
Dubsado + Aisle Planner
HoneyBook + LaunchBay

Best for:
Businesses with multiple revenue streams, complex workflows, or industry-specific requirements.

Your tier is confirmed during Phase 1. All Phase 2 pricing is itemized in your proposal before any build begins.

Four Phases. Complete Ownership.

OUR PROCESS

Most projects are completed within 12-16 weeks.

Phase 1

A focused 30-minute conversation about your business, your systems, and whether we’re the right fit.

Discovery Call

Phase 2

You’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining what we’ll build, a recommended platform direction, and the reasoning behind each decision.

Custom Proposal

Phase 3

This is where paid work begins.

We conduct a deep dive to confirm the proposed systems align with how your business actually operates. A structured questionnaire gathers everything we need to begin: platform access, account setup, branding assets, and key documents.

Final scope and pricing are confirmed — based on your CRM tier — before a single workflow is built.

Tech & Prep

Phase 4

The Rebel Visionary™ Build

Install: We configure and build your platforms from the ground up, customized to your brand, workflows, and client journey.

Training Round 1: Live sessions inside the system as it’s built, so you and your team understand how everything works.

Automations: Once the foundation is in place, we layer in sequences, triggers, and integrations that keep things running behind the scenes.

Training Round 2: A full walkthrough of the completed system so you know what’s running, why, and how to maintain it.

30-Day Support: For 30 days after launch, we stay close — answering questions, making adjustments, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

After that, the system is fully yours.
That’s always been the point.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s a focused 30-minute audit — not a pitch. We look at your current systems, ask about your business model and where the friction is, and give you an honest read on fit. If we’re not the right match, we’ll tell you and point you somewhere that is.

  • No. Platform selection is part of the work. During Tech & Prep (Phase 1), we conduct a deep dive to validate that the right systems are matched to your business — not just what’s popular. If you already have platforms in place, we’ll evaluate whether to optimize or rebuild.

  • Phase 1 is the Tech & Prep deep dive — the work that happens before a single workflow is built. It’s a separate investment because it’s where we validate system fit, collect everything needed to build, and confirm your Phase 2 pricing. It ensures we never start building on assumptions.

  • Two paid phases. Phase 1 is a flat fee covering the Tech & Prep deep dive — everything up to the build. Phase 2 is priced by your CRM tier: Tier 1 for our core platforms (HoneyBook, Dubsado, Aisle Planner), Tier 2 for dual-system setups, and Tier 3 for fully industry-specific stacks. Both are itemized in your proposal before anything is paid.

  • More than most people expect, and that’s by design. Your input drives every decision: questionnaires during prep, milestone reviews and approvals during the build, and two full rounds of training. The systems get used because the people running them helped build them.

  • Very common. During Phase 1, we evaluate what’s working and what isn’t. Some systems get optimized, some get rebuilt, some get replaced. The goal is always a stack that fits how you actually work — not one we inherited assumptions about.

  • Yes. Structured payment plans are available for both phases to make larger builds more manageable. Specific options will be outlined in your custom proposal after the discovery call.

  • After your support window closes, the system is fully yours to maintain. Many clients return when they’re ready to add a new platform, launch a new offer, or onboard a growing team. Additional projects can be scoped as needed.

Discovery and proposal are complementary. If it’s a fit, we walk you through the full investment — Phase 1 flat fee and your Phase 2 CRM tier — before anything is paid or started.

No pressure, no pitch. Just an honest conversation about whether we’re the right match.
